Purchases of items that are Final Sale are NOT eligible for return/refund/exchange.
This also includes: face masks, hair accessories, bonnets, hats, socks/tights/booties.
Items purchased on pre-order are not eligible for a refund:
If returned they will be accepted for boutique credit only due to time frame of a pre order that may be at least 9 weeks.
You will responsible for shipping cost.
For Full Priced Items:
Exchanges - Please place a new order to secure the item(s) you want, and return your unwanted item(s) per the following policies.
For All Other Items:
Returns of Full Priced items are accepted within 14 days of original purchase
(14 days from ordering, to receiving, & returning your order, under the following policies.
Condition:
Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unstained, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, odor free - with original tags attached and intact and in original packaging.
We are not responsible for items damaged by the customer during the washing/drying process, nor for items that are damaged during wear.
Think of your return as your opportunity to sell your items back to us and give some thought to the condition of your return.
Shoe Returns:
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box & the shoe box packed in a shipping box.
Refunds:
Please allow 1-4 weeks for any refunds to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Boutique Credit:
If you receive a Boutique Credit, your Boutique Credit will be issued as a coupon code and will be sent to you via email.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non refundable.
If returned, orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
